MEN'S TEAMS PLAYER REGISTRATION

Please contact the Club Secretary for details of registration for the Men's teams playing in the North Berks Football League and the Upper Thames Valley League. Please note the new Code of Conduct for Senior Players that we are adopting as part of the FA's Respect campaign.

LADIES' TEAM PLAYER REGISTRATION

Watch out for details of player registration for the Ladies team which will be available shortly. Please note the new Code of Conduct for Senior Players that we are adopting as part of the FA's Respect campaign.

JUNIOR/YOUTH PLAYER REGISTRATION

In order to register a junior or youth player with our Club, we would be grateful if you could print out and complete the attached form in BLOCK CAPITALS, giving as much detail as possible. Please note that by signing up your child as a player with Didcot Casuals FC, you and your child agree to abide by the Club Codes of Conduct (there are several of these which can be downloaded from our site, including one for junior players and one for parents) and the Club Constitution. The form also contains important items about medical treatment and use of photos, so remember to read it carefully before signing.

Current players	All current players signing on for the next season must complete a new form each year, and will need to supply a new passport sized photo when signing to play at U12 or U14 level in an Oxford Mail Boys League team.
Transfer players	Any player transferring from another club will need to complete a club registration form and bring along their player registration card (from old club)

Note: Registration Fees

The registration fee payable is dependent on whether your child is registering for the Rising Stars, part of a friendly/development team, or a competitive league team. Please contact the Development Manager for details.
